Privacy Policy
How L/PUB collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable regulations.
About us
L/PUB is a Brazilian creative studio operating since 2009, working across Brand, Ads, Lab and OS. You are interacting with our data controller when you browse lpub.co, fill out forms or receive one of our private briefings.
Full corporate identification (legal name, tax ID and registered office) is available upon request via the contact channel below.
Data we collect
When you browse the site, we collect session cookies and identifiers, visited pages, reading time, interactions (clicks and scroll), device type, browser, language and approximate region (derived from IP, without storing the full IP).
When you fill out a form (contact or briefing), we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, company, role and the message itself.
When you receive a private briefing from us, we record reading confirmation and the acceptance or refusal of the proposed content.
We do not collect sensitive data (racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership, health, sex life, genetic or biometric data).
Purpose of collection
We use your data to respond to commercial contacts, run briefings, manage contracted projects, improve site experience, measure campaign performance (when applicable) and comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We apply the following legal bases set by LGPD:
Consent (art. 7, I) — for analytics and marketing cookies, activated only after you accept via the privacy banner.
Contract performance (art. 7, V) — for the operation of contracted projects.
Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — to respond to spontaneous commercial contacts and to improve the site, always respecting your reasonable expectations.
Compliance with legal obligation (art. 7, II) — when required by law or competent authority.
Your rights as a data subject
LGPD grants you the right to:
confirm whether we process your data; access your data; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; request portability of your data to another provider; be informed about the third parties with whom we share your data; revoke consent at any time; and file a complaint with the ANPD (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority).

Third-party sharing
To operate the site and our channels, we use third-party services that process portions of your data on our behalf:
Cloudflare (USA / global) — site hosting and CDN.
Google (USA) — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, for usage
measurement.
Meta (USA / Ireland) — Meta Pixel, for campaign measurement.
Transactional email provider (USA) — for automatic emails and
confirmations.
These operators have their own privacy policies and comply with regimes equivalent to LGPD (GDPR and its international adequacy successors). We do not sell data to advertisers or other third parties.
Retention period
Browsing data (analytics): 14 months.
Consent cookies: 180 days, renewed with each new decision.
Messages and commercial contacts: up to 5 years after last contact, per
tax and commercial retention requirements.
Private briefings: up to 2 years after project completion or
archival.
Contractual data: per applicable legal term (minimum 5 years from
contract end).
After the period, data is anonymized or deleted, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
